Studio Policy

Our studio policy applies to all of our clients. Failure to uphold any of these requirements may result in refusal of service.

Deposits:

We take a small booking fee to ensure your appointment with us. Booking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and are set in place to make sure you are serious about booking your appointment! We want to make sure we don’t waste anyone’s time. The booking fee is due when making the appointment and will be applied to your service the day of.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand things happen and last minute emergencies may pop up. However, please contact us as soon as possible if you feel like you can not make it to your schedule appointment, so that we can reschedule you for a better time. We require at least 48hr of advance notice for all appointments. For those who do not show up to their appointment with out notifying us, will be considered as a no-show and automatically forfeit your deposits. In addition no-shows will be charge the full remaining balance of the service to be performed & will not be allowed to book again with our studio.

Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule please email at info@adornbeautystudo.us, at least 48hr in advance. Reschedule will be base on current availability. We allow one reschedule with a notice. If you reschedule a second time 50% of the service will be charge.

Late Arrival:

Out of respect and consideration for your artist and other clients, please do your best to arrive on time or earlier. If you arrive late, we will not be able to extend your appointment time. If you are more than 10 min late it will result in rescheduling.

Guest Policy:

No additional guest, kids or pets are allowed at the appointment to prevent cross contamination of the procedure area.

COVID Policy:

If you are feeling sick, having allergies, have traveled, have been exposed to, or cared for anyone with covid within the last 14 days we ask that you reschedule your appointment. Wearing a mask in the studio is encourage but not required for those that are full vaccinated. For your safety artist will wear mask and gloves at all times.

If you recently had or about to get your covid vaccine, we ask that you schedule your appointment 14 days before/after to avoid possible complications.

Payment Methods:

As a small business we prefer CASH for final payments. We also do accept all major credit cards with a 2.6% processing fee. Venmo, Cashapp, and Zelle are accepted as well. We do not accept personal checks.

Refunds:

There are no refunds on work done at Adorn Beauty Studio.

Results:

Healed Results may vary with each individual client. Your lifestyle choices, age, and skin type will contribute to the retention. A minimum of two sessions is recommend and in some case additional touch-ups are required. These procedure are not intended to replace makeup products but to enhance individual features. Cosmetic tattoos is an art and not a science. Nobody’s face is totally symmetrical but we strive to obtain symmetry for each client.

To ensure satisfaction, during your appointment please carefully review drawn shape and color prior to starting the procedure. We are not liable for any changes once you have consented the final shape and procedure.

Right to Refuse Service:

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion. If clients have any uncertainty or we sense that a client has made impulsive decision, we have the right to refuse service and deposit will be forfeit.

Price Policy:

Prices are subject to change at our artists discretion.
